Concept art for Prince of Demonbeasts. Obviously, when fan art looks weird, it's probably for a fanfiction.
Oh my god you guys... this is probably the best I've ever done on a tablet. Can't believe how good his mask came out. *A*

This is a slight spoiler for Prince of Demonbeasts, but because it was mentioned in Angels of Prophecy, I'm going to go ahead and explain it.

Duke Galacta turned against the GSA sometime during the events of Prince, and injected himself with demonbeast blood to fulfill his oath of loyalty to NME. Galacta transforms into this mechanical form when he and Meta come down to duel.
However, because he's been turned into a machine, Galacta no longer can feel physical pain and assumes he's become immortal when the injuries he recklessly suffers harms what little he has left of his real self. Once Angels of Prophecy is edited, he's going to be slightly psychotic because of this.

Design
Really just for visuals. The real design would include both wings (metal, but only one set with the wheels) and wouldn't have the red circle thing in the back. And since metal wings are obviously too heavy to fly with, he'd have jet packs or something. The computer chip texture would be a screen in his mask, not on his face.
